Hi my name is Jennifer and my partners name is Eric. My partner was diagnosed as a carrier of Huntington’s disease and in order to have children safley we required to undergo fertility treatments in the forum of IVF and PGD. If you are not aware of what Huntington’s disease is HD is a genetically inherted disease that you have a 50% chance of inherting if your parents have it. HD can cause a chain effect , afflicting the next generation and the future of children to come. That’s why we are grateful for the gift of parenthood and opportunities like this to Stop Huntington’s disease in its tracks. Fertility treatments not only bring joy for a new family but they change the world by promoting a healthier future for tommorow . We know that we would make excellent parents and are excited to start this journey with gift of parenthood!
